In a dramatic statement, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor Arvind Kejriwal alleged on Wednesday that Delhi Chief Minister Atishi is on the verge of being arrested in what he described as a "false case."

Taking to social media, Kejriwal claimed, ?These people are severely rattled by the Mahila Samman Yojana and Sanjeevani Yojana. They have planned to arrest Atishi ji in the next few days by filing false cases.?

He further suggested that before Atishi's arrest, a series of raids targeting senior AAP leaders would be orchestrated. Kejriwal announced a press conference at 12 noon to address the issue, raising concerns over the alleged misuse of investigative agencies.

Controversy Around Mahila Samman Yojana

The allegations come amid the backdrop of AAP?s recently launched registration campaign for the Mahila Samman Yojana and Sanjeevani Yojana. Both schemes were announced as part of the party's preparations for the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections.

However, just two days after the campaign began, the Delhi Government?s Health, Women and Child Development Department clarified that no such schemes were officially running. In a statement, the department warned citizens against sharing personal information with political entities, adding further confusion to the situation.

The unfolding drama has intensified political tensions in Delhi, with AAP accusing rivals of attempting to derail its initiatives. ?This is a desperate attempt to suppress the work being done by the AAP government,? an AAP spokesperson stated.
