In a bizarre turn of events, Mukesh Chaudhary, a resident of Samastipur district in Bihar, has filed a complaint against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, alleging that his recent remarks caused him financial loss. Chaudhary claimed that Gandhi's statement left him so shocked that he accidentally dropped a bucket of milk worth ₹250.

The incident reportedly occurred last week after Rahul Gandhi made controversial remarks during the inauguration of the Congress party's new headquarters in New Delhi. Chaudhary alleged that Gandhi's comment about "fighting the Indian state" left him deeply disturbed.

"I was in such a state of shock that my bucket, containing five liters of milk priced at ₹50 per liter, slipped from my hand," Chaudhary stated. The total financial loss, as per his claim, amounted to ₹250. He further accused Gandhi of threatening the nation's sovereignty.

Chaudhary has approached a civil court in the Rosera sub-division, seeking legal action against Gandhi under multiple sections of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita (BNS), including Section 152, which pertains to sedition.

During his speech on January 15, Gandhi criticized RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat and accused the BJP and RSS of capturing national institutions. "We are now fighting the BJP, the RSS, and the Indian state itself," Gandhi said, sparking widespread reactions.
