Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut launched a fiery critique of the Maharashtra government, accusing it of prioritizing political theatrics over governance. Speaking in Nagpur, Raut quipped, “Before taking out the Chief Minister’s procession, they should take out a procession of EVMs. In the first cabinet meeting, they should pass a resolution to build a temple for EVMs in front of the RSS Headquarters.”

Raut slammed the government, alleging administrative failure and rising crime. “It’s been a month since the new government was formed, but no one knows who handles which department. Murders and rapes are occurring daily in villages, and the Chief Minister remains silent. Anarchy has engulfed Maharashtra,” he said.

The Shiv Sena leader accused the ruling coalition of relying on EVM manipulation rather than democratic accountability, stating, “This government operates on EVMs, not brains; they have EVMs in their heads.”

Raut’s remarks come amid ongoing political tensions and criticism of the state government’s handling of law and order.
