Delhi Chief Minister Atishi has accused the BJP of orchestrating a campaign of fear in the Kalkaji Assembly constituency ahead of the elections. Speaking at a press conference, Atishi alleged that BJP workers and individuals claiming to be relatives of BJP candidate Ramesh Bidhuri were intimidating Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) workers in the area.
“An atmosphere of fear is being created by the BJP in Kalkaji. In every area, BJP workers and others claiming to be relatives of Ramesh Bidhuri are intimidating and threatening AAP workers. They are grabbing their collars, snatching party campaign materials, and burning them,” Atishi stated.

The Chief Minister condemned these actions, describing them as undemocratic and an attempt to disrupt the election process. She called on the Election Commission to intervene and ensure the safety of AAP workers and the integrity of the electoral process in Kalkaji.
Ramesh Bidhuri and the BJP have yet to respond to the allegations, but the accusations have intensified the already heated political battle in Kalkaji. AAP has vowed to continue its campaign despite the alleged harassment and has urged voters to reject fear tactics at the ballot box.
