BJP MP Ravi Kishan has expressed strong confidence in his party’s chances in the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections, asserting that BJP candidate Shikha Rai is set to win from the Greater Kailash constituency. Speaking to ANI, Kishan remarked, “Jhaadu wale ja rahe hain, Modi ji aa rahe hai”, signaling the BJP’s optimism about defeating AAP.
The Greater Kailash Assembly seat is expected to witness a tough three-way contest between BJP’s Shikha Rai, AAP’s incumbent MLA and Delhi Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj, and Congress candidate Garvit Singhvi.
In a major setback for AAP just a week before the elections, seven MLAs have resigned from the party, raising questions about internal turmoil.
With just days left for the February 5 elections, BJP is looking to capitalize on AAP’s internal setbacks, while the ruling party aims to secure a third consecutive term.
