As the Delhi Assembly elections approach, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has voiced his opinion on the political climate in the national capital. In a recent statement, Fadnavis remarked, “The people of Delhi have lost trust in Kejriwal, and they want to bring a BJP government under the leadership of PM Modi. This time, a BJP government will be formed.”
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), led by Arvind Kejriwal, is striving to maintain its governance in Delhi. Kejriwal is contesting from the New Delhi constituency, facing opponents such as Parvesh Verma from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Sandeep Dikshit from the Congress party. The election is scheduled for February 5, 2025, with results anticipated on February 8, 2025. A total of 841 candidates have filed their nominations as of January 16, 2025.
