Independent MP Pappu Yadav has weighed in on the controversy sparked by Darbhanga Mayor Anjum Ara’s statement regarding Holi and Jumma, asserting that no one can be stopped from practicing their religion.

Addressing the issue, Yadav stated, “No matter what religion or ideology one follows, they have the right to worship. The administration should decide on a designated place for Namaz. Holi has its place, and Namaz has its place. Both Holi and Ramazan are festivals of love and harmony.”
