2019-Present: Serving his third term as MLA.
2004-2009: First term as MLA, defeating Kirti Gandhi of the Indian National Congress (INC).
2014-2019: Re-elected as MLA and served as Minister of State in the First Fadnavis ministry, handling portfolios like Energy, Tourism, Food and Drugs Administration, and Public Works.

The construction of the cement road from Datta Chowk to Date College Chowk to Arni Naka will begin soon. The underground drainage work along the road is progressing well.
Yoga hall will be constructed in an open space behind Hotel Devgad in Mahavir Nagar, located in Ward No. 14, Dharwa Road, under the jurisdiction of Yavatmal Municipal Council.

Controversy
Madan Yerawar, the district guardian minister of Yavatmal, along with 16 others, has been booked in a land scam. The FIR was registered following orders from the joint chief judicial magistrate. The charges include cheating and forgery related to a plot of land that was allegedly transferred illegally. The complaint was filed by Ayushi Kiran Deshmukh, who claimed that her father’s ownership of the land was fraudulently removed from records.
