    Major Achievements

Since taking office in June 2024, Dhotre has participated in multiple parliamentary debates and raised questions on critical topics:

    1. Crop Insurance for Farmers: Dhotre advocated for extending crop insurance benefits to farmers impacted by unfavorable weather conditions, stressing the need for agricultural security.
    2. Infrastructure Development: He requested the construction of a by-pass road connecting Washim to Akot, which would link major highways and facilitate smoother transportation in the region.
    3. Public Transport: Dhotre proposed introducing the Vande Bharat train service between Mumbai and Nagpur, aiming to improve connectivity and reduce travel time for commuters.

Dhotre has also raised questions on government schemes like AMRUT 2.0, focusing on urban transformation, and the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme, which supports food processing industries.

    Key Political Initiatives

Dhotre’s campaign and parliamentary agenda focus heavily on agriculture, rural development, and improved public transportation:

    • Agricultural Reforms: He promised to prioritize crop insurance and better loan terms for farmers, recognizing the financial pressures faced by agricultural communities. This aligns with his call for crop loans to be treated similarly to cash credit loans, a measure aimed at reducing the financial strain on farmers.
