Ram Kadam was born on January 24, 1972, in a politically influential family in Latur, Maharashtra. He grew up in the city and completed his education there, developing an early interest in politics. Ram Kadam began his political career with the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) and was elected as the MLA for the Ghatkopar West constituency in 2009.
