
Early Life and Education
Ram Vitthal Satpute was born on March 12, 1988, in Ashti, Beed, Maharashtra. He comes from a Marathi Hindu family of cane harvesters. His father, Vitthal Satpute, worked as a cobbler. Ram helped his parents in cane harvesting during his childhood. He pursued his education at Pune Vidhyarthi Griha’s College of Engineering and Technology
Political Career
Ram Satpute’s political career began with his involvement in the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP). Through his work in ABVP, he gained a strong foothold in student politics, eventually being noticed by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He was later appointed as the vice-president of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM).
In the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly elections, Ram Satpute was chosen as the BJP candidate for the Malshiras constituency, where he successfully defeated Uttamrao Janorkar, a heavyweight candidate from the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP). His victory was a significant achievement as he overcame stiff opposition from established political figures.
Achievements and Key Political Initiatives
MLA Ram Satpute advocated during the state budget session for an inclusive food security scheme to ensure all poor individuals receive the food they are entitled to, aiming to prevent anyone from being left out of this essential program.

Ram Satpute is married to Sanskruti Satpute, a homemaker. He has consistently maintained a balance between his public duties and personal life, often emphasizing his family’s role in supporting his political journey.
Promises and Future Commitments
During the assembly budget session, MLA Rambhau Satpute called for the establishment of an organization in the name of Sahityaratna Annabhau Sathe to support the development and mainstreaming of the Matang community. In response, the state government directed the creation of a similar body to Barti for this purpose.
