Sandeep Ravindra Kshirsagar was born on August 27, 1981, in Beed, Maharashtra. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from C.K.S. Urf Kaku College, Beed, in 2002.
Political Career
Sandeep Kshirsagar is a member of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP-SP). He was elected to the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly from the Beed Assembly constituency in 2019. He succeeded his paternal uncle, Jaydattaji Kshirsagar, a senior leader of Shiv Sena and a former member of the NCP.

A case has been registered under sections 323, 504, 506, and 34 of the IPC, sparking debate in the district. The police are investigating the matter further.

Promises and Future Commitments
During a visit to rural areas of Beed Assembly Constituency, MLA addressed a protest in Phulsawangi village regarding issues with the Water Conservation Department.
