    Early Life and Education

    Anil Firojiya is an affiliated with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), currently serving as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. His political journey reflects a commitment to public service and the development of his constituency.

    Born on July 14, 1971, Anil Firojiya completed his higher secondary education at Lokmanya Tilak Higher Secondary School in Ujjain in 1990. Before entering politics, he worked as a property broker.

    Political Career

    Anil Firojiya’s political career began with his election to the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly from the Tarana constituency in 2013. In 2019, he was elected to the 17th Lok Sabha, representing Ujjain. Within the Lok Sabha, he has been an active participant, asking numerous questions on diverse issues.

    In the 2024 general elections, Anil Firojiya was re-elected as the Member of Parliament for Ujjain. He achieved a significant victory, securing 836,104 votes, which accounted for 62.93% of the total votes cast. His closest competitor, Mahesh Parmar of the Indian National Congress, received 460,244 votes, representing 34.64% of the vote share.

    During his tenure, Firojiya has focused on infrastructure development, healthcare, and education in his constituency. He has been instrumental in initiating projects aimed at improving road connectivity and public health facilities in Ujjain.

    Key Political Initiatives

    A groundbreaking ceremony was held for the construction of a new road connecting Ujjain-Jawar Main Road to Mukti Dham.

    MP Anil recently inaugurated the groundbreaking ceremony of the Ayushman Arogya Mandir Sub-Health Centre in Bhadsimba village, located in the Tarana Assembly constituency. The project, with a sanctioned amount of ₹65 lakh, aims to improve healthcare facilities in the area.

    Contributions

    MP Anil Firojiya initiated the ₹31.88 crore road construction project for a 24.1 km route connecting Nagda, Gidgarh, Ninavaat Kheda, Jhirmira, Chandodia, Tarod, and Mokdi, improving regional connectivity and infrastructure.
