Parbhubhai Nagarbhai Vasava, commonly known as Prabhu Vasava, is a prominent Indian politician affiliated with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Born on March 1, 1970, in Kolkhadi village, Mandvi, Surat district, Gujarat, he has established himself as a significant figure in Gujarat’s political landscape.
Parbhubhai Vasava was born to Nagarbhai Diveliyabhai Vasava and Bajuben N. Vasava. He pursued a diploma course, equipping him with the foundational knowledge that would later support his political and professional endeavors.
Political Career
Vasava’s political journey began with the Indian National Congress (INC), where he served as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Mandvi in 2012. In 2014, he transitioned to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and contested the Lok Sabha elections from the Bardoli constituency. His switch to BJP marked a significant turn in his political trajectory, leading to successive victories in the 2014 and 2019 general elections.
