Vishal Prakashbapu Patil was born and raised in Sangli, Maharashtra, into a family with a strong political heritage. His grandfather, Vasantdada Patil, was a former Chief Minister of Maharashtra, and his father, Prakashbapu Vasantdada Patil, was also a Member of Parliament.
