'Anyone Who Messes With India Won’t Be Spared Even In Pataal Lok': PM Modi Defends Operation Sindoor

In a fiery address from his parliamentary constituency, Prime Minister Narendra Modi lashed out at the Congress and Samajwadi Party over their reaction to Operation Sindoor, asserting that both parties are unable to handle Pakistan’s distress and are instead questioning India’s military actions.

Referring to the recently executed anti-terror operation that targeted terrorist camps across the border, PM Modi said, “During Operation Sindoor, the world saw the capabilities of our indigenous weapons. Our Air Defence Systems, missiles, and drones, have proved the strength of 'Atmanirbhar Bharat', especially the Brahmos missiles... Brahmos Missiles will now be manufactured in Lucknow. Many major defence firms are setting up their manufacturing plants in the UP Defence Corridor. Made in India weapons will soon become the strength of our forces…”

Slamming the opposition, he said, “Everyone understands that Pakistan is upset. But Congress and the Samajwadi Party cannot handle the pain that Pakistan is going through. Pakistan is crying, and here, Congress and SP are crying, seeing the condition of terrorists. Congress is constantly insulting the valour of our forces. Congress has called Operation Sindoor a 'tamasha'...”

PM Modi further rebuked the Samajwadi Party for allegedly questioning the timing of the operation. He said, “In this politics of votebank and appeasement, Samajwadi Party is no less. Their leaders were questioning why the Pahalgam terrorists were killed on this particular day? Should I call and ask them before taking any action? Anyone with common sense should be able to answer, do we need to wait to kill terrorists? Should we have given them a chance to flee? They are the same people who would give a clean chit to terrorists when they were in power, and now they are upset when terrorists are killed. They have a problem with the name of the operation as 'Sindoor'...”

Invoking Indian mythology to describe India's military resolve, the Prime Minister declared, “…When there is injustice and terror in front, Mahadev adorns his 'Rudra roop'. The world saw this face of India during Operation Sindoor. Anyone who messes with India will not be spared even in 'pataal lok'. Unfortunately, some people do not like the success of Operation Sindoor. Congress and its followers and friends are not able to digest the fact that India destroyed Pakistan's terror camp…”

In the same address, PM Modi also focused on agricultural reforms and the government's support to farmers. He took a sharp dig at previous administrations, stating, “Our government is working tirelessly for the welfare of farmers. The earlier governments did not even fulfil one scheme they had promised. BJP government delivers what it promises. PM Kisan Samman Nidhi has become an example of the strong will and intentions of the government…”

He criticised the opposition parties’ narrative around farmers, saying, “The anti-development governments like SP and Congress would spread rumours and mislead people in all ways possible... This is very unfortunate for the country that a hopeless opposition is living with these false hopes. All they can do is lie to the farmers and mislead them...”

He concluded by underscoring the financial commitment made to farmers under his government: “PM Kisan Samman Nidhi has been ongoing without a break since its inception. So far, Rs 3.75 lakh crore have been credited into the accounts of beneficiary farmers... Farmers of Kashi alone have received Rs 900 crores…”
