Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi, Maharashtra Congress President Nana Patole, and other Congress leaders visited Parbhani, the site of recent communal violence, on Saturday. The leaders paid homage to one of the deceased victims, expressing solidarity with affected families.
Addressing the media, Gandhi emphasized the need for peace and accountability. "The loss of lives is tragic and unacceptable. Authorities must ensure justice and communal harmony," he stated.
The Congress leaders also called for swift action to prevent further unrest in the region and promised continued support to the victims' families.
