Early Life and Education
Rahul Dhikale was born on August 14, 1979, in Nashik, Maharashtra. His father, late Uttamrao Dhikale, was a member of the 13th Lok Sabha from the Nashik Constituency. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from N.B.T. Law College, Nashik. Interestingly, at the age of twelve, he trained in wrestling and even won Nashik’s Mayor Kesari Competition in 1995.
Political Career
Councilor and Standing Committee Chairman: Rahul Dhikale served as a Councilor in the Nashik Municipal Corporation from 2012 to 2017. During this period, he also held the position of Chairman of the Standing Committee in the Nashik Municipal Corporation.
Legislative Assembly Member: In 2019, Rahul Dhikale won the election for the Legislative Assembly from the Nashik East Constituency, representing the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
Major Achievements
Throughout his tenure, Adv. Dhikale has been actively involved in various developmental projects in Nashik East. One of his notable achievements is the allocation of INR 1 crore for the construction and improvement of local library facilities, reflecting his commitment to education and cultural preservation. Following a tragic bus accident on October 8, 2022, in the Nandoornaka area of Nashik that killed 12 passengers, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde directed immediate action to address the dangerous conditions. BJP MLA Rahul Dhikale advocated for the construction of two flyovers to alleviate frequent accidents and traffic jams at the accident-prone Chauphuli intersection. The state government approved the ₹50 crore project on the first day of the winter session. The flyovers are set to improve traffic flow and reduce accidents, especially benefiting the heavy traffic from Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and the busy Nandur Naka area. (TV9)

In Ward No. 4, near Shani Mandir at Pethroad, MLA Rahul Dhikle initiated the construction of a double-storey classroom following local citizens' requests.
