Prashant Kishor Predicts JD(U)’s Wipeout In Bihar Polls, Calls Nitish 'Physically Tired, Mentally Retired'

Political strategist-turned-activist Prashant Kishor launched a scathing attack on Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, predicting a zero-seat performance for JD(U) in the upcoming elections. He claimed that Kumar is "physically tired and mentally retired" and urged voters to end his decades-long rule.

Speaking to reporters in Patna, Kishor criticized Nitish Kumar’s frequent political flip-flops, alleging that he has survived in power by switching alliances at will. "Nitish Kumar has held on to power despite having fewer seats, just by changing sides. To break this cycle, people must ensure that JD(U) does not win even a single seat," he asserted.

Kishor also took a swipe at the BJP, accusing it of using Nitish as a political mask while enjoying power in Bihar. He called the recent cabinet expansion a last-minute move aimed at appeasing caste groups and enabling "loot of public money" before the polls.

The Jan Suraaj leader announced a massive ‘Badlo Bihar Rally’ on April 11 in Patna, vowing that it would "break all records" in terms of turnout. "The ruling government is nervous. They may try to block permissions, but we are determined," he warned.

With Bihar's political landscape heating up, Kishor’s sharp remarks and his new party’s aggressive entry into the electoral battle could shake up the state’s power equations ahead of the crucial elections.
