Industrialist and Tata Group Chairman Emeritus, Ratan Tata, has firmly denied rumors regarding his critical health condition that surfaced in recent hours, assuring the public that there is no need for concern.
In a statement shared through his official Instagram account, Tata, 86, addressed the speculations directly, saying, “I am aware of recent rumors circulating regarding my health and want to assure everyone that these claims are unfounded. I am currently undergoing medical check-ups due to my age and related medical conditions. There is no cause for concern.”
The post further emphasized that Ratan Tata remains in good spirits and urged both the media and the public to avoid spreading misinformation. “I request that the public and media refrain from spreading misinformation,” Tata added.
The iconic industrialist has been a towering figure in Indian business for over five decades, steering the Tata Group to unprecedented heights. Although he has been dealing with health issues associated with aging, his presence in public life continues to inspire many. Recently, on October 2, in observance of Gandhi Jayanti, Ratan Tata extended his congratulations to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, praising the government’s efforts. “I congratulate the honourable Prime Minister on the 10-year commemoration of programmes that have benefitted millions in rural India,” Tata said in his message.
