In the aftermath of the tragic Air India Flight AI171 crash in Ahmedabad, the airline has announced two special relief flights from Delhi and Mumbai to assist the next of kin of passengers and Air India staff.
In a statement shared on X (formerly Twitter), Air India said, “We are organizing two relief flights, one each from Delhi and Mumbai, to Ahmedabad for the next of kin of passengers and Air India staff.”
The airline has also issued emergency contact numbers to streamline support and coordination:
Families in Delhi and Mumbai who wish to travel to Ahmedabad on these relief flights can contact Air India’s domestic hotline: 1800 5691 444.
Those arriving from international destinations can call +91 8062779200 for assistance.
