The latest exit polls project a sweeping victory for the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections, indicating a strong comeback for the ruling bloc.
According to Dainik Bhaskar, the NDA is expected to bag between 145 and 160 seats, while Matrize forecasts an even higher range of 147 to 167 seats. With the majority mark set at 122 in the 243-member Assembly, these figures suggest a decisive mandate in favor of the NDA.
Meanwhile, Prashant Kishor’s Jan Sanyukt Party (JSP) appears to have failed to make an impact. Matrize predicts the JSP’s tally at 0–2 seats, while Dainik Bhaskar places it between 0–3 seats — showing that the party’s debut has not translated into significant electoral success.
