India Launches Global Diplomatic Blitz To Expose Pakistan’s Terror Links; All-Party Delegations Reach Moscow, Tokyo, UAE

In a bold diplomatic push to highlight Pakistan's involvement in cross-border terrorism, an eight-member all-party Indian delegation led by DMK MP Kanimozhi arrived in Moscow on Thursday, marking the beginning of a multi-nation campaign to rally global support against terrorism in the wake of the Pahalgam terror attack and Operation Sindoor.

The Indian delegation, which will also visit Slovenia, Greece, Latvia, and Spain, aims to reinforce India’s ‘zero tolerance’ policy towards terrorism and present concrete evidence of Pakistan’s continued support to terror outfits.

The Moscow delegation includes prominent parliamentarians: SP MP Rajeev Rai, NC MP Mian Altaf Ahmad, BJP MP Captain Brijesh Chowta (Retd), AAP MP Ashok Kumar Mittal, along with Ambassador Manjeev S Puri and Ambassador Jawed Ashraf.

Speaking to ANI upon landing, Rajeev Rai of the Samajwadi Party said, “Russia is our historic friend, who stood with us during all tough situations. Pakistan has become a danger not just to India but to the whole world. We have come to a special friend like Russia with all these issues and evidence to explain that it is important for everyone to isolate Pakistan.”

DMK MP Kanimozhi echoed the sentiment, calling Russia a "trusted strategic partner." She confirmed that the delegation will hold key meetings with Andre Denison, First Deputy Chair of the Committee on International Affairs, Leonid Slutsky, Chair of the State Duma Committee, and Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister, among others.

“We will also engage with think tanks and Russian media to present India’s position on Pakistan's repeated acts of aggression,” Kanimozhi stated.

Simultaneously, other Indian parliamentary delegations are engaging with leaders across global capitals:

In the United Arab Emirates, a team led by Shiv Sena MP Shrikant Shinde includes BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj, IUML’s ET Mohmd Basheer, Atul Garg, Sasmit Patra, Manan Kumar Mishra, BJP leader Surendrajeet Singh Ahluwalia, and former Ambassador Sujan Chinoy.

In Japan, JD(U) leader Sanjay Kumar Jha leads a group featuring BJP MPs Aparajita Sarangi, Brijlal, Pradhan Barua, and Hemang Joshi, alongside Congress veteran Salman Khurshid, TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee, CPI(M)’s John Brittas, and former diplomat Mohan Kumar.

According to officials, India is dispatching a total of seven multi-party delegations to 33 global capitals over the coming weeks to convey a unified national message: that Pakistan’s terror networks must be internationally isolated and that India stands firm on eradicating terrorism from the region.

This large-scale diplomatic outreach comes just weeks after Operation Sindoor, in which India launched precision strikes on terror infrastructure in response to the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack that killed 26 people.

As India's all-party delegations begin to engage with global counterparts, New Delhi is sending a strong signal that terrorism—especially state-sponsored—will not be tolerated, and international unity is essential to root it out.
