In a significant revelation, Nishant Kumar, son of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, has confirmed that his father will continue to lead the state in the upcoming elections. Nishant disclosed that both Union Minister Amit Shah and JD(U) leader Samrat Choudhary have expressed their firm support for Nitish Kumar’s leadership.
Nishant shared that during a recent discussion, Amit Shah reassured the Kumar family that Nitish Kumar would remain the leader of the party. “Uncle Amit Shah also came and said that my father will remain the leader,” Nishant Kumar stated, highlighting the backing from the central leadership.
Additionally, Samrat Choudhary, a senior leader in Bihar politics, underscored his long-standing association with Nitish Kumar. "He has been with us for 15 years, so the elections will be fought under my father’s leadership," Nishant Kumar quoted Choudhary as saying.
