Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has issued a strong statement on X (formerly Twitter), reaffirming his government's commitment to women's safety and warning of strict action against those involved in criminal and anti-national activities. His remarks come following preliminary investigations into a case involving an accused named Jalaluddin.
“Our government is fully committed to the dignity and safety of sisters and daughters,” the Chief Minister posted. He further stated, “Preliminary investigations have revealed that the accused, Jalaluddin, is involved in activities that are not only anti-social but also anti-national.”
Yogi Adityanath announced that all properties belonging to Jalaluddin and other criminals associated with his gang will be confiscated. He emphasized that law enforcement authorities have been instructed to take firm and swift action. “The Uttar Pradesh government will not tolerate any laxity in matters of law and order,” he asserted.
Reiterating the state's zero-tolerance approach, he said, “There is no place in the state for those who disrupt peace, harmony, and the safety of women. They will be punished in accordance with the law in a manner that serves as an example for society.”
