Speaking in Kerala, the Prime Minister reflected on his personal interaction with the pontiff, calling it a cherished moment of deep dialogue and mutual respect.

“Pope Francis's spirit of service and his efforts to give everyone a place in Christian traditions will always be remembered by the world. I consider it my privilege that I had the opportunity to meet him and engage in detailed discussions on various topics. I noticed that he always addressed me with special respect. The discussions we had on humanity, service and peace continue to inspire me and his words will always motivate me,” PM Modi said.
