Maharashtra Minister Nitesh Rane launched a fiery counterattack on those criticizing RSS leader Bhaiyyaji Joshi over his remarks on language inclusivity in Mumbai. Defending Joshi, Rane dismissed accusations that his statement was an insult to Marathi and accused political rivals of hypocrisy.
"Whatever Bhaiyyaji Joshi said is not an insult to any language. He only stated that besides Marathi, other languages should also have a place in Mumbai. He never said Marathi shouldn’t be used," Rane clarified.

Taking a direct swipe at those attacking Joshi, Rane reminded them of their own campaign strategies, calling out their past actions. "The same people who are now pretending to be champions of Marathi pride had put up ‘Kem Chho Worli’ banners during elections. What right do they have to show such love for Marathi now?" he questioned.
