JP National Spokesperson Dr. Sudhanshu Trivedi has strongly criticized recent statements made by Congress leaders regarding the situation at the India-Pakistan border, especially in light of the recent attack in Pahalgam. Speaking on the increasing tensions along the border, Dr. Trivedi emphasized the need for unity in supporting the Armed Forces amidst the ongoing challenges.
"After the Pahalgam attack, there are tensions at the India-Pakistan border. While Pakistan is continuously violating the ceasefire on the border, the Congress and India alliance leaders are making statements targeting the Army," Dr. Trivedi said, expressing his concern over the political rhetoric surrounding the border situation.
He further pointed out the apparent contradiction in the Congress and India alliance leaders' statements, saying, "On one side, Congress and INDI leaders say they are with the government, but on the other hand, their leaders give statements which are against the country and demoralise the Armed Forces. It is similar to what Pakistan does but denies their role."
Dr. Trivedi's remarks come amid heightened security concerns after the Pahalgam attack, which has further strained relations between India and Pakistan. The BJP spokesperson urged opposition leaders to refrain from making divisive statements at a time when national security demands collective solidarity.
