Guwahati, Assam: Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde visited the Kamakhya Temple in Assam, seeking blessings ahead of the upcoming elections. After offering prayers, Shinde expressed strong confidence in the electoral success of the Mahayuti alliance, attributing it to the government?s performance under his leadership.
"I came here last time too, before the formation of the government and after it was formed. This time, I have come again," said Shinde, highlighting his consistent visits to the temple during key political moments. He underscored that the people of Maharashtra would support Mahayuti based on the tangible progress his government has achieved. "We started the work that the Maha Vikas Aghadi had stopped, and people are seeing that development is happening at a fast pace," he noted.
Shinde emphasized that his government?s focus has been on the welfare of common citizens, ensuring that they receive the benefits of development. "Our government is of the common people, and hence they should get the benefits, and we have worked accordingly," he said. Confident in the alliance's track record, Shinde concluded that the people of Maharashtra would ensure Mahayuti?s victory in the upcoming elections.
