Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini Hits Back At Rahul Gandhi, Calls ‘Vote Fraud’ Allegations A Lie Born Of Frustration

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Wednesday dismissed Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s explosive allegations of voter fraud in the 2024 Haryana Assembly elections, calling them baseless and politically motivated. Saini said the Congress leader’s remarks were an attempt to divert attention from his party’s defeat and create unnecessary distrust among the public.

In a sharp rebuttal, the Chief Minister accused Gandhi of misleading citizens with “fabricated claims” after failing to connect with the people of Haryana.

“Rahul Gandhi is lying,” Saini said. “His family has ruled this country for four generations, and yet he now relies on false claims to stay relevant. The Congress and Rahul Gandhi have no real issues left, so they are trying to create confusion and mistrust among the people.”

Saini asserted that the recently held Haryana Assembly elections were conducted transparently under the supervision of the Election Commission of India and that the results reflected the will of the people, not manipulation. He said the BJP government continues to enjoy the trust of the electorate because of its focus on governance, development, and welfare-oriented policies.
