He personally assessed the pothole repair work and instructed the concerned authorities to expedite the completion of pending projects on the Mumbai-Nashik-Mumbai highway.
In response to severe traffic congestion caused by poor road conditions in Mauje Kalher, Kasheli, Mankoli, and surrounding areas in the Bhiwandi Rural Assembly Constituency, a meeting was held in Thane's Collector Hall. Chaired by Hon. District Magistrate, the meeting included Deputy Leader of Shiv Sena Mr. Prakash Nakul Patil, MLA Shantaram More, and other key officials. The District Magistrate ordered the Thane City Traffic Branch to address the traffic issues within 7 days and directed the Public Works Department to promptly repair potholes, ensuring smoother transport services.

MLA has initiated the construction of a road under the Bharatratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Social Development Yojana in Dhamme Nagar, Lonad Dalit Settlement. The Bhoomipujan ceremony marked the project's commencement. The project, which secured approval due to the persistent efforts of Upsarpanch Nandkar, Manoj Patil, and social worker Ravi Patil, has received a total funding of ?10 lakh.
MLA Shantaram More conducted the Bhumi Pujan ceremony for several development projects in Padgha Gram Panchayat under the Jan Suvidha Yojana, with a total fund allocation of ?73 lakhs. The projects include the construction of a concrete road from Dr. Sanjay Patil's dispensary to Sant Rohidas Nagar (?20 lakhs), beautification of the cemetery (?10 lakhs), painting and beautifying the Gram Panchayat building (?10 lakhs), sewerage construction at Balaji Nagar and New Balaji (?20 lakhs), sewer construction at Vidyanagar (?10 lakhs), and installation of paver blocks at Telwane Ali (?3 lakhs).
