During the ongoing 'Voter Adhikar Yatra', Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi sharply criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP President Amit Shah, alleging widespread vote theft in India.
Gandhi recounted an incident on his way to the event, saying, “A group of 6-year-olds looked at me and said ‘Narendra Modi Vote chor.’ Children as young as 6 years have understood that votes are being stolen in India.”
He further attacked Amit Shah, stating, “A few days ago, Amit Shah said that the BJP will remain in power for the next 40 years. No one knows what will happen in politics, but Amit Shah knows the future for the next 40 years. How? Vote Chori.”
Gandhi’s remarks underline his allegations of electoral manipulation and aim to mobilize voters by highlighting what he calls a systematic attempt to undermine democracy.
