Watch: Rahul Gandhi Visits Temple During Raebareli Tour, Offers Prayer

Rahul Gandhi visits Raebareli amidst ongoing unrest in Manipur, urging PM Modi to intervene.

Rahul Gandhi, Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, made a significant visit to his Raebareli constituency on Tuesday, marking his first official visit since assuming the role. The Congress leader began his day by seeking blessings at the Churuwa Hanuman Temple in Bachhrawan and is scheduled to engage with Congress workers and address public gatherings later in the day.

This visit follows Gandhi’s recent trip to Manipur, where he met with victims of ongoing violence and urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to personally intervene and console the affected communities. Gandhi emphasized the readiness of the INDIA bloc to support efforts aimed at restoring peace and stability in Manipur.

“In this tragic situation in Manipur, I urge the Prime Minister to visit, listen to the people, and provide solace. The INDIA alliance stands prepared to assist at every stage to improve conditions and bring back peace,” Gandhi stated in a social media post.
