Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Friday unveiled a vision for transforming Bihar into a modern industrial and knowledge-driven state, dubbing the initiative “Bihar 3.0.” Speaking at a public event in Patna, Shah highlighted the state’s potential for innovation and intellectual growth despite land limitations.
“Now it’s time for Bihar 3.0,” Shah said. “We will make Bihar an industrial hub. The youth of Bihar have the highest intelligence in the whole world. Bihar may have a shortage of land, but we can introduce projects that require more mental work and less land.”
Shah emphasized the importance of leveraging human capital to drive economic development, suggesting that industries based on technology, services, and knowledge-intensive sectors could flourish even in areas with limited physical space.
