Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and charges on Rajkaran (rajkaran.in), operated by Rajkaran Webmedia Pvt Ltd.
1. Subscriptions
- The annual subscription of ₹10,000 grants access to the platform’s services for the subscription period.
- If you cancel within 7 days of a new subscription and have not used the included press-release quota or paid AI/distribution features, you may request a full refund.
- After 7 days, or once included quota or paid features have been used, the subscription is non-refundable for the remainder of the term.
2. Per-release & usage charges
Charges for additional press releases (₹750 each) and other usage-based features are non-refundable once the release has been generated or distributed, as the associated processing and delivery cost is incurred immediately.
3. How to request a refund
Email info@rajkaran.in from your registered email with your account details and reason. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Free accounts
Media house and journalist accounts are free and have no associated charges or refunds.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are not available where the account has been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms & Conditions.
Rajkaran.in is the property of Rajkaran Webmedia Pvt Ltd. "Rajkaran" is a registered trademark of Arpit Thakar, Director, who has granted Rajkaran Webmedia Pvt Ltd full and exclusive rights to use the name "Rajkaran".
