These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Rajkaran (rajkaran.in) and the services operated by Rajkaran Webmedia Pvt Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). By registering for or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide political news and a suite of services for politicians, political parties, media houses and journalists, including press-release creation and distribution, press-meeting management, AI-assisted analysis and speech writing, reputation monitoring, and a media directory. Features available to you depend on your account type and subscription.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. Accounts are activated after verification by our team.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We may refuse, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

3. Subscriptions & payments

• Politician and party accounts are subscription-based at ₹10,000 per year, including 5 press releases per month.
• Additional press releases beyond the monthly quota are charged at ₹750 each (covering all languages).
• Media houses and journalists register free of charge.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew per the plan you select.

4. Acceptable use

• You must not publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, fraudulent, or that infringes third-party rights.
• You are solely responsible for the content you submit, including press releases and profile information.
• You must not misuse the AI tools to generate false, misleading or defamatory material.

5. Content & responsibility

AI-generated outputs are provided as drafting aids and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before publishing or distributing it. We are not liable for content created or distributed by users.

6. Intellectual property

Rajkaran.in is the property of Rajkaran Webmedia Pvt Ltd. "Rajkaran" is a registered trademark of Arpit Thakar, Director, who has granted Rajkaran Webmedia Pvt Ltd full and exclusive rights to use the name "Rajkaran". All platform software, design and content (excluding user-submitted content) are the property of the Company.

7. Limitation of liability

The services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

8. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. See our Refund Policy for any applicable refunds.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the Company’s registered office location.
